Apex Chandler is a 6-bay 1990s concrete tilt-up at the corner of West Ray Road and South Alma School Road in West Chandler. Apex acquired the building and the going-concern in late 2019 for $580,000 — a divorce settlement transaction that gave Apex the building at below replacement cost. The shop was refreshed with the Apex anthracite-and-brass branding over the first quarter of 2020.
Chandler serves a family-and-luxury mixed customer base from the Ocotillo, Sun Lakes, and South Chandler neighborhoods. The customer mix is roughly 40% mainstream Japanese (Toyota, Honda, Lexus), 30% mainstream domestic (Ford, GM, Stellantis), and 30% European luxury — heavy on the VW/Audi/Porsche cluster because the Chandler location manager, Maria Vasquez, holds Audi Academy credentialing and the shop is one of two Apex locations with full VAG-COM VCDS coding capability.

Maria Vasquez has been the Chandler location manager since 2020. She came to Apex from the Audi Academy program in Phoenix in 2020 after seven years at the Audi Chandler dealer service drive. Maria holds ASE Master + Audi Academy Master + Porsche Bronze certification, and she's the group's strongest diagnostician on the VW/Audi/Porsche shared-platform electrical issues that the dealer drives charge premium rates for.
